Bastiaan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum and Gas Technology from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (the Netherlands), a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemical Engineering from Swansea University (U.K.), and a Ph.D., Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands). Before joining DFE Pharma, he held different R&D (Research & Development) positions at GSK and RSSL/Mondelez International.

Pauline holds an MSc in Physical Chemistry from the Radboud University, Nijmegen (the Netherlands) with a specialization in Science, Management, and Innovation. She earned a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Groningen (the Netherlands) with a focus on the role of excipients in powder-to-tablet Continuous Manufacturing. Pauline has been working at DFE Pharma since the beginning of 2017. Currently, she is Product Development Manager and Global Technical Lead supporting Oral Solid Dose.

Sara began her career at Graz University of Technology and Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering (RCPE) in Austria, focusing on particle technology and pharmaceutical industry innovations, such as continuous manufacturing. After earning her Ph.D. in Process Engineering from Graz University of Technology, she joined DFE Pharma and is now Global Technical Lead.
